About Us The concept was simple; open the best flight school possible using the best available aircraft. In our increasingly up-to-the-minute society, more people are looking at personal airplanes as a means of transportation in addition to the pure pleasure of flying and this led to unanswered demands for high-quality training. We chose to use the Cirrus SR20’s and SR22’s since they are the safest and most advanced aircrafts of their class. With the most sophisticated avionics available, pilots not only have incredible situational awareness, but increased confidence. Safety is paramount at Performance Flight and the Cirrus aircraft, with its ballistic parachute attached directly to the entire airframe, met our standards. Comfort was also a consideration and flying a Cirrus is as good as it gets. From the luxurious leather seats in the 49" wide cabin, to the XM Radio, or perhaps the air conditioned SR22’s, Cirrus has truly considered the comfort of the pilot as well as the passengers. Never again should you have to fly shoulder-to-shoulder in a cramped aircraft. Our instructors are among the most qualified in the county. Traditionally, a flight training facility serves as a training ground for young instructors to gain enough experience to be hired by a commercial airline. At Performance Flight, we have worked hard to find instructors who have completed their CSIP (Cirrus Standardized Instructor Program) training and already have years of experience. These are people who enjoy flying, and in particular, enjoy training. Their years of experience and commitment to professionalism will ensure a more efficient program, reducing your cost and making you a safer pilot.
